the power of your hands
Your hands are a vital tool if you wish to manipulate the energies around you. Theres a reason why mudras are so powerful. Using mudras during meditation or while going about your day-to-day life can create a powerful energetic charge throughout your whole body, allowing for a more sharpened intuition and heightened psychic abilities.
Did you know there are chakras within your hands? These chakras play a vital role in feeling the energy of physical objects and healing the energetic body of yourself and others.
Hand chakras are essential for harnessing the elements of this physical reality. When your hand chakras are open and healthy, you can literally do magic. The sensation you feel when you pet an animal, or rub a soft blanket, is your hand chakras harnessing that feeling and sending it straight to your brain.
Here is a simple exercise you can do to open your hand chakras.
- Take 5 deep mindful breaths and feel what your hands feel like.
- Put your hands together like you're praying, then rub them vigorously up and down until they start to feel hot.
- Once your hands feel hot or tingly, have the palm of your hands facing each other and move them in and out very slowly like you're pressing against an energetic balloon.
- Move your hands close together without touching and you should feel a subtle force. It may feel warm or resistant.
- Keep practicing and noticing what your energetic field feels like through your hands when moving them together.
With practice and dedication, you will notice every time you press against this invisible energetic balloon, you will be able to make it bigger and bigger. You will be able to feel more intensely what your energetic field feels like through your hands.
After doing this exercise you will now be able to feel the energy of physical objects on a deeper level. Holding some objects will trigger certain emotions or intuitive insights. At this point you must become very selective of who you touch and shake hands with, as you will be able to harness the energy of that person more deeply.
I would argue that our hands are the most important parts of our bodies. We use them to cook, clean, fight, and build. I would even go as far as to say God made us too powerful when he blessed us with our hands.
